He (Ethan), used to be into punk mainly and when I used to live with my family we'd jam in the basement. Ethan was a drummer and I played guitar/bass/sang/whatever and it was awesome. Anyhow, long story shortish almost overnight he got into only listening to and making electronic music. There's a name for his type but i don't really know much that's why I just keep saying electronic which I know has so many variations and genres etc.

If anyone knows any good shit let me know. I'm into anything that sounds good.

why thank you! I was hanging out with my girl one day and a few blocks from where she lived was a guy who does greaser/50's type hair cuts out of his house. He also has a shop but anyway yeah, thanks :)

And yes, I'm happy. well, the happiest I've been in as long as I can remember. and i don't really get it because i'm in one of the worst situations of my life. living in a shelter with nothing to my name except just my most important items that fit in the locker (a few decks of tarot cards. a cool tape player and a shit load of tapes, a shoebox of comics and manga, and a few other knick knacks). I hope you're happy too. you seem to be.

here's my theory.. she REALLY won but trump was like "yo listen hil, i'll buy you and your man (that is if her and ol' Billy are actually together and making love and all that marriage entails or if its just a purely political alliance) a castle anywhere in the world, get you slaves, all you're decadent wants and needs and wishes will be catered to and you'll live happily ever after". campaigns wear you out and she's been doing it in one way or another since her 20's i believe and she's what now, 138? but i also think voting is a deception to make us think we live in a democracy when we don't.. they know all the presidents until whenever armageddon or atomic warfare happens and then they'll be on a spaceship headed to a planet they know can contain life...  but hey, i'm crazy ;)

my old sentiments "i'll probably either sleep in and not vote or be in jail or be dead." sorta came true. it was like, i dunno 4:00 maybe 5:00 P.M. or so, my bunkies tell me she's way up. so i'm like "okay good. I''m gonna take a nap, thank god this shits almost over." anyhow, that "nap" turned into me waking up at like 2 in the morning and i went to take a leak and the janitor told me Trump one. I understand many people are fed up with this election and are abstaining from voting, but keep in mind that local government, ballot measures, 34 senators, 435 house seats and 14 governorships are also up for grabs. You have a lot more impact in local government, and our Congress has been one of the most inept in over a century, so why not vote them out? They have more power than presidents do.

For me brand new doesn't have any tinge of nostalgia and I dont really know any of their lyrics. When they dropped I was a stupid punk. Playing in this kid (well we were like 13 maybe) punk band. Didn't fuck with "emo", they used to laugh at me for even entertaining later day Rollins black flag which I still love.. anyway. Around college I don't give a fuck anymore, I like what I like who cares and if they do fuck them, type of stage. I was real into pop punk. Off with their heads are amazing on so many levels.  The lyrics are absolutely brutal but the music so catchy that it speaks to you and also uplift you.. well that's what happens to me at least.
