In your situation, I'd have no qualms about making a written complaint to the property manager. I'm sure they don't want a drugged up chain smoker outside advertising how great it is to live there when new tenants come to check it out, so it might accomplish something.

I realize I'm really lucky in that I'm still on my mom's fairly good health insurance until the end of the year, and can afford stupidly high co-pays when necessary.

With that said, I really wish that some of y'all would seek psychiatric help if you're able to do so. To some, it feels like giving up.
