I haven't listened to enough Bad Religion to actually rank them, but I absolutely love 'How Could Hell Be Ang Worse?'. My younger brother listens to them more than I do, and he keeps telling me to check out other albums, but I guess I'm just stuck in the early '80s.

Rory, you might be the coolest person ever. So many awesome things.
I'm not doing much other than my band, and starting student teaching in the fall, but my girlfriend had been doing some really awesome stuff regarding her art. She's super talented and is starting to do more shows and conventions, and is starting to get a fanbase which is exciting to see.

Yeah, it was kind of a disappointment. My girlfriend got some cool stuff though, including some scary stories coasters which she's really excited. We'll be there today because she has a table selling some art. New vendors, so maybe I'll get lucky and find some cool stuff.

I don't know how many of you leave near or in Philly, but this is this weekend. Should be pretty cool. I went one year and got 24 revenge therapy on vinyl for super cheap, and a cool old school Nash skateboard for a dollar. There are also different vendors on both days, which is cool.

I saw it, and thought it was awesome. Just so over the top. And I liked the guitar guy. So unnecessary, but so hilarious. And being a polecat seems like so much fun.

Haha I saw juicy Karkass also, and I actualy thought he wasn't as bad as I expected it. He has a sense of humor about his whole shtick.

So we're still working on finding a time to record with better equipment, but we have some demos.

Can we also make this a thread about how much fun it is to be in a band, because it is seriously the best. My band has played 4 shows so far, and each one has been a blast. And one show was opening for Erik Peterson, which was an amazing happening that I still can't believe happened.

That last one is so disturbing to me. It's like they've never felt happy in their lives. I don't know why I opened this thread, either.

The new Jeff Rosenstock is really good. I like it better than his last solo album.

Thanks a lot. I'll check that out and keep that in mind. We still have to record even, so I have time.

Sorry, should've been more specific. I want to do CDs, and a relative small run of them, maybe 50. I know a lot of sites offer bulk discounts, but as of right now we have a pretty small fanbase.

So my band is going to start recording our first ep, and I was just wondering what was the best way to go about getting them reproduced and printed and everything. Figured this was a good place to ask.

I just saw It Follows last night. It was pretty good. It was suspenseful, and looked beautiful, but it was lacking something. Definitely fun though. Gave me the heebie jeebies, but I get scared at every horror movie.
