Literally every "emo revival" band. I don't get it.
I second this so hard. I've really tried to like those bands, too, 'cause it seems that's what the Memphis scene has been all about lately.

I finally got to try Brew Dog's Tactical Nuclear Penguin (32% ABV) this week, and, surprise, it wasn't the best beer in the world.
I've been really digging on this local brewery's milk stout (Wiseacre's Gotta Get Up to Get Down) recently, though. It's so smooth and creamy that I accidentally drank a growler of it one night.

Seriously, though, everyone on this board is a total babe.
In other news, Brett and I have the same shirt. Please excuse the filthy room in the background.

Saga forever.
Saga is so great! The wait between trades always seems so long, which is okay since I just end up rereading all the old issues.

I figured I'd make a new thread for comic talk since...well, you already know. Anyways, what are y'all reading right now?
I just finished up the second trade of East of West, and I'm glad to see that Hickman is toning down his style a bit. He's really good at world building, but he tends to throw readers in too quickly. It's almost like learning to swim by being thrown into the pool, but then also be asked to complete a race against an Olympic swimmer. If you aren't familiar with it, it's about the end of the world in a sci-fi/Western/Fantasy version of an alternate history USA.

Aw, your mustache is smaller!
Yeah :/ This was back in January I had to keep my facial hair trimmed for work. Of all things, that is probably the biggest drawback to my job.

Probably both! I don't think we ever formally met, though.

Sami, KT and I hugged in the middle of the crowd during "Anxious and Worrying" and that may have been the highlight of the weekend for me. I didn't meet as many boardies as I was hoping to, though.

I'm not an expert by any means, but I can share my experiences with running/jogging.
WHen I first started, I did High Intensity Interval Training, which was basically a short warm-up (maybe 2 minutes walking) followed by 8 sets of running for 30 seconds then walking/jogging for one minute. That's a really quick way to build up your body for running, and pretty easy to push yourself at. Plus, it's short enough to be easy to fit into you daily schedule a few times each week.
If you're more interested in long-distance running, just take it slow. Set a distance goal, maybe 1 mile, and run/jog that for a bit until you're comfortable increasing the distance. Be really careful doing that at this time of year if you're running outside, though, 'cause it is easy to get dehydrated.
