so heavy. listening to nothing left inside is like getting into a physical altercation with rollins and being pummeled into submission (i know that's not everyones idea of "unwinding" or "relaxing and listening to some sweet tunage"

i like it all actually. i just happen to be listening to this ha. i'd probably have posted any. Proud to have my bars tatted.

Damaged is my go-to Black Flag album.  Favorite tracks are Rise Above, Gimmie, and Damaged 1.
I like how it sounds raw, unpolished and somehow empowering.  I think this is sort of pre-Rollins injection of violent misery.  I definitely respect Rollins development into spoken word and stuff, but it all reminds me of a worse time in my life. So I tend to hang on Damaged or even First Four Years.
